Privacy Policy

How Collins Fraiman collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated: September 2026

Summary: Collins Fraiman collects limited personal information — primarily name, email address, company and job title — when you contact us, request a publication or submit an enquiry. We use this information only to respond to your request or send you content you have asked for. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties other than the email delivery service we use to send publications. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

1. Who We Are

Collins Fraiman is a specialist balance sheet risk advisory firm. Our website is located at www.collinsfraiman.com.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and, where relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), Collins Fraiman is the data controller in respect of personal information collected through this website.

If you have any questions about this policy or about how we handle your personal information, please contact us at enquiries@collinsfraiman.com.

2. What Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when you actively provide it to us. The table below sets out what we collect and when.

We do not collect any special categories of personal data (such as health, financial or political information) and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

3. How We Use Your Information

Contact enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we use your name and email address to respond to your message. Our lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interests — specifically, the legitimate interest of both parties in communicating about potential advisory services.

Publication requests

When you request a publication such as the Treasury Intelligence Quarterly, we use your email address to deliver the report to you. We use the other information you provide (name, company, job title) to understand our readership and to personalise the delivery email.

Our lawful basis for delivering the report is performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one) — you have asked for the report and we are fulfilling that request.

If you have ticked the optional opt-in checkbox, we may contact you with short reader surveys related to future editions of the publication. Our lawful basis for this is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us at enquiries@collinsfraiman.com.

We do not use publication request data for sales or marketing purposes beyond what you have specifically opted into.
